What is a Cat Wondergem?

Hi, I’m Cat (Catherine) Wondergem. No, my parents weren’t hippies. No, I didn’t make it up. Wondergem is Dutch. Yes, I love it and would never change it.

What is your return policy?

I am a small business (just me).  I want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  If that isn’t the case,  returns are accepted in original condition and packaging.  Contact me within 10 days of receiving the work to let me know it will be coming back.  I travel frequently for outdoor art shows, don’t send back without contacting first.  You will receive a refund, MINUS SHIPPING, once I have confirmed the piece is in original condition.

What is your shipping policy?

I ship most work via USPS fully insured with tracking. My large pieces are shipped via FedEx, also insured with tracking. I will have your order out in 7-10 business days.

Can I come visit your studio?

I’m flattered that you want to see how it all happens. My studio is in my home, and my hours are not regular, so I usually decline. My cranky mutts, 1 human and 3 canines, prefer it that way.

Do you teach classes?

No. Thanks for asking. My partner teaches linocut techniques, and he might be interested.
